Nisha Garg
Nisha Garg is a go-to-market strategy and operations leader with more than 15 years spanning enterprise software and marketing solutions, management consulting, and public education. Most recently at LinkedIn, she led global GTM strategy and operations for the Marketing Solutions agency and partner ecosystem, a business that grew from $800M to $3.6B in annual revenue during her tenure. Earlier, she held GTM strategy and operations roles at Salesforce. She now advises growth-stage software companies on building and scaling their revenue engines.
Nisha's career started in a classroom as a Teach For America corps member, then she moved into education finance and strategy consulting at Education Resource Strategies under McKinsey- and Bain-trained leadership. Nisha advised school system leaders on how they allocate people, time, and money against student outcomes, and stayed on to ensure implementation was effective. That combination—the economics of school systems and the operating discipline of businesses that had to scale fast without breaking—is the lens she brings to REACH.
Nisha is also an active AI builder and leads the San Francisco chapter of Women + AI, work that maps directly to REACH's questions about where AI-enabled tutoring and family-centered support can extend access to high-quality instruction. As REACH grows the Parent District model, Nisha brings a practical view of what it takes to scale a model without losing the thing that makes it work.
Nisha holds a BA from Barnard College and an MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business.
What are you looking forward to contributing as a member of REACH's Board?
I spent the first part of my career on the school-system side of this work—figuring out how districts spend money and whether any of it reaches kids—and the last decade scaling businesses that had to grow fast without breaking. REACH is right at the point where those two things meet, and I want to help us grow the model with real rigor and keep the AI conversation about what actually moves reading scores.
