Angela Le
Angela brings a rare combination of enterprise AI leadership, product strategy, and deep personal commitment to educational opportunity. She currently serves as VP of Product, AI Platform at RealPage, leading development of the company's Lumina AI platform. Her career spans product innovation, AI, and business strategy across Salesforce, LinkedIn, Autodesk, and KIPP Bay Area Schools.
At Salesforce, Angela helped build next-generation AI agent capabilities—including agentic development frameworks, low-code and pro-code experiences, and personalization engines—reflecting exactly the kind of strategic and technical fluency that matters as REACH explores how AI-enabled tutoring and family-centered support can expand access to high-quality learning.
Angela's connection to REACH's mission is also deeply personal. As the daughter of Vietnamese refugees, she has written about the importance of college access, mentorship, and career navigation for first-generation students. Early in her career, she helped create an after-school program focused on building problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills for KIPP Bay Area students through business case projects and final presentations.
Her commitment to student success, combined with her expertise in scaling products and systems, makes her an especially strong partner as REACH advances its next chapter — thinking boldly and responsibly about what it takes to grow with quality, equity, and trust.
What inspired you to join REACH’s Board?
REACH's mission sits at the intersection of two things I care deeply about: expanding educational opportunity and using technology to do it at scale. My earliest work was at KIPP, so closing opportunity gaps for underserved students has been part of my story from the start. What drew me specifically to REACH is how thoughtfully we are building toward personalized, measurable outcomes rather than using technology for its own sake. As someone who spends my days building AI technology, I saw a chance to bring that perspective to an organization already doing the hard work of translating innovation into real classroom impact.
